So I don't make New Years Resolutions, one because I never keep them longer then like a day and two I just think they are stupid...however I do like the idea of starting a new, getting a chance to grow. I had a list that I wanted to do starting in the new year but Time is just crazily flying by and I keep postponing and postponing what I need to do...really I'm just a pile of lazy, especially when it comes to losing all this weight I've put on! :/
However, I had a health scare this week and it made me stop, made me really scared...it was a great swift kick in the ass and I'm ready to start doing my list.

Snow day=happiness!!!

I've been so bummed about the forecast of zero snow for us this year but FINALLY a real snow day, and I'm not talking about the Cruces powder sugar snow! And on top of everything, snow day means no school....does it get better then that!?
I need someone to come play with me!!

I'm super boring these days and swamped with the start of a new semester, and my side classes (cake decorating and knitting) so not much to blog about, sadly. I am going out of town this weekend for some much needed fun and a little excitement in my life..lol.

I am starting out the new year by taking classes in things I have been dying to learn...this month I am learning how to sew, knit and cake decorate. :)

goodbye 2010..hello 2011!

Well today is the last day of 2010 and overall it's been a great year, where I not only learned a lot about people but myself...feel like I've grown a lot. So who knows what 2011 will hold for me, I'm sure more surprises by people, more struggles with them but I will continue to try and find the balance and continue my challenge of backing off, letting them pursue me. 2011 will hold me getting healthy and in shape, my last year of school, maybe a wedding and lots of fun and laughter!

I'm engaged!

So A completely surprised me tonight and proposed...he gave me a cute little ring that's been in the family. I am still in shock a little, always had a image in my head of how life would turn out, who I'd end up with, how'd they propose, etc but reality is alot more fun and unpredictable.
What a year I've had..how much has changed!
