I am OBSESSED with all things cupcake..I don't even eat them, yet still find myself baking once a week and just giving them away, but you can't put a price on practice! So my goal is to start doing them as presents and then eventually start charging, then eventually start a side business and then hopefully one day a full on bakery! :)
I am even going to start making my own cupcake liners!

Spring cleaning..

I have decided to do some major spring cleaning, and not just my dirty house but my life. My friend the other day reminded me about a book that talks about emotional bank accounts and people/things that drain it. I have several of those in my life and I justify fighting for them due to length and past closeness of the friendship but to be honest they haven't been beneficial or good for me for a few years. I really am drained..tired of caring, fighting for people that I only hear from when it's convenient for them. I need to toughen up, get a thicker skin...how do I do that? I'm letting other people affect me so much, even letting them take away the good things that I have going on..and this is a problem I have every year! Ugh!

St. Patty's Day!

It's been a year...holy crap so much has changed from the girl who went out last St Pattys day...I have changed a lot and feel massively older and domesticated, friendships have changed, I'm freaking engaged now....Tonight was completely different then what I had planned (Ugh, worst nights are the ones you build up cuz they never live up to the expectations!!!) but I had a lot of fun, nice and mellow. Yet I still came home and cried...stupid drunk, girlie Vanessa!

Since I have become a boring old women now, lol, I stayed home and had a friend over for drinking and baking...which by the way is way better then going out!
