I'm a little embarrassed to admit this but on a Friday night, I happily stayed home and watched Smallville, drank wine from Cupcake winery (yes, I am that obsessed!) and blogged. Now that I have fully delved into the blogging world, I am saving recipes at an alarming rate, but thankfully, I have a wonderful outlet for my baking – Alan's work! I can bake my little heart out, sample the results, and send the rest to work with him, where they actually ask for their weekly treats. Because of the astounding number of dessert recipes I have saved, I have made a resolution to bake at least one thing per week! :)

I'm having major school blues...the countdown till this semester ends (three weeks by the way) is torture, seriously! And it's just not this semester, it's major school burn out. I am so looking forward to a break, even if it is just a few weeks until the joy of summer school (sense my sarcasm!). I need an open road and a road trip adventure and a lot of doing nothing days!

On a side note...I miss you Sunny, my friend! I think you are the only one that reads my blog!?

So amongst full time school and my baking obsession and my unhealthy tv addiction and Alan and friends and trying to read the bible in a year, I have somehow joined a book club...so currently reading Committed by Elizabeth Gilbert and A Million Little Pieces by James Frey.
